Who are we?

We are two friends from the Netherlands with a passion for gaming. In February 2024, we came up with the idea to create custom play and mousepads. After careful consideration, researching other companies, and discussing the idea with our friends, we decided to proceed.

We chose to handle everything ourselves, from designing and pressing the mouse/playmats in-house to managing the shipping. We believe this approach offers a significant advantage over other companies, as it allows us to maintain full control over the quality and provide comprehensive support.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do!

How do I clean my mousepad/playmat?

1) Fill a bowl or tub with cold water and soak your mousepad.
2) Scrub your mousepad with a soft bristle brush.
3) Rinse away the soap using cold water, making sure there are no suds on the front or back.
4) Pat your mousepad dry with a towel.

Can I put my mousepad in the washing machine?

You can machine wash but we recommend hand washing it. The image will last longer if you hand wash it!

You can use your washing machine (20° - 30°).

Custom Playmat / Mousepad

What size image do I need for a custom design?

  • While we make incredible products at 150 PPI, we're able to print all the way up to 300 PPI!
  • Your image mode needs to be RGB.
  • Save Your Image as a JPG.

How can I create my own graphics?

If you don't have Photoshop or similar programs, we recommend the program: Canva is free to use and offers a multitude of possibilities.

Are there any Images you won't print?

Any image promoting hate or depicting inappropriate sexual content.

What happens if I upload an incorrect or bad graphic?

We always look at your graphic before printing, if we notice anything, we will contact you immediately and take care of a perfect result!
