SHIPPING POLICY
Your order will be shipped from the Netherlands. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a confirmation from us that the goods have been handed over to PostNL.
Shipping and delivery estimates
The delivery time to the Netherlands is 1-2 business days and in all other countries 5-10 business days after receipt of order.
All delivery timeframes are an estimate, the actual delivery time will depend on the item details and carrier. All estimates are based on business days, unless specified otherwise.
Shipping days
We ship orders every business day:
- Monday
- Tuesday
- Wednesday
- Thursday
- Friday
Depending on the period and/or demand, our warehouse might need additional handling time.
Costs
- The shipping costs are €6,95 within the Netherlands.
- The shipping costs of other EU countries are calculated and displayed in the checkout.
Unsuccessful delivery
We are not responsible for any delivery issues that may arise. If the courier fails to deliver the package, whether due to errors on their part or issues with the recipient's availability or address, we cannot be held liable.
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery.
If we notice any issues during delivery, we will get in touch with you. However, we also encourage you to monitor the situation and contact us if needed.
Duties & Import Taxes
Your order may be subject to additional taxes, duties and/or custom fees charged by the country of destination through the carrier.
A select amount of countries can import tax and duty free up to a threshold value. We recommend you to to contact or visit your destination country's custom office (website) for more information on import duties and taxes.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Can I change my shipping address?
Your submitted order is automatically prepared by our warehouse. It is not possible to make changes to an order once it has been shipped, including for same-day shipments or if we do not see the email before the order is dispatched.
